Myers-Briggs:

Introvert, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging

Hallmarks of the INTJ include independence of thought and a desire for efficiency. They work best when given autonomy and creative freedom. They harbor an innate desire to express themselves by conceptualizing their own intellectual designs. They have a talent for analyzing and formulating complex theories. INTJs are generally well-suited for occupations within academia, research, consulting, management, science, engineering, and law. They are often acutely aware of their own knowledge and abilities—as well as their limitations and what they don’t know. INTJs thus develop a strong confidence in their ability and talents, making them natural leaders. (Wikipedia)

Strengths-Finder Profile:

Responsibility: Driven by your talents, you are naturally compelled to admit the truth.

Intellection: Because of your strengths, you find it easier to befriend people when they tell you what they want to accomplish. Knowing that much, you probably read books, journals, newspapers, correspondence, or internet sites to broaden your knowledge about their interests

Individualization: It’s very likely that you sometimes aid people by sharing your point of view. You might be more forthcoming — that is, frank or direct — when someone asks for your impressions about a particular person, event, or situation.

Maximizer: Driven by your talents, you occasionally give yourself credit for routinely producing quality outcomes. Perhaps you claim ownership of tasks you know you do especially well. It’s very likely that you sometimes trust your ability to be an innovative thinker. You might invent several ways to reach a particular goal.

Relator: Chances are good that you bond with and work well with people who tell you what they want to accomplish in life. (Gallup Strengths Finder)

For the Kiersey profile manager I am labeled as a Guardian.

This is interested as that this correlates to the Myers-Briggs Jung Model of an ISTJ. This is not all together surprising as my Ni model is very slight. This would allow the Si profile to be more forward based on the questions being asked. I am compfortable with that idea. On an abbreviated Kiersey profile, I am labled a Rational, which is in line with my INTJ nature.

More about the Guardian Inspector

The one word that best describes Inspectors is superdependable. Whether at home or at work, Inspectors are extraordinarily persevering and dutiful, particularly when it comes to keeping an eye on the people and products they are responsible for. In their quiet way, Inspectors see to it that rules are followed, laws are respected, and standards are upheld.
